2016 FHA & Conventional Loan Limits

As we've shared with you in Mortgage Insight throughout the year, and as you've most likely seen on the news--the cost of real estate in most of the Greater Denver Metro area has been on the rise all year.

The steady increase in home values, and home prices have led the federal government to note certain counties as "high-cost" counties. Those high-cost counties are the counties seeing an increase in Conventional and FHA loan limits in 2016.
