“My motto is quite simply, being honest, upfront, and giving my clients the power to make their best decisions,” Brett Popish explains, as he discusses his business. He has been in the mortgage industry since 2003, entering when he was just 23 years old. Brett sold lumber and construction materials for a few years, but soon wanted to explore other opportunities. A quick learner, people-person and naturally driven, he was inspired to enter the mortgage business after his mother suggested it. He hasn’t looked back since, and has continued to grow year after year. Today he has his own team based in Colorado, called the Popish Mortgage Group, A Division of Universal Lending Corporation. He is a Certified Mortgage Lender through the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association; an extremely rare designation that attests to his professionalism and high skill level.
A focal point of Brett’s business is teaching, as he values education and learning.
