Who can use the Homestyle Renovation Loan program?

Any Colorado borrower may use the Homestyle Renovation loan who is buying or refinancing a home and needs money to cover the costs of repairs, remodeling, renovations, or energy improvements to the property.


Special Features and Details of the Homestyle Renovation Loan
  • Loan-to-value is based on “As Completed” value for Purchase and Refinance Transactions.

  • Cost of renovation is limited to 50% of the “As Completed” appraised value.

  • An initial home inspection will be required by the renovation consultant to review your renovation ideas and determine what necessary repairs will be required.

  • Conforming Loan Limits apply.

  • Renovation Specialist to assist you.

  • Gifts Allowed on Primary Residences.
